River Valley Kids! exists to inspire a lifelong love for God in kids' lives. Our short-term goal is simple: "Mom, that was fun! Can we come back?"

In order to accomplish this, we strive to provide an environment that is loving, safe & upbeat... to maximize every opportunity to learn about loving and serving Christ.

Because we believe in the value of age-appropriate ministry for all levels of development, we offer classes for all children at both the 9 AM and 10:45 AM services.

252 BASICS

252 Basics is a unique approach to curriculum for churches and Christian schools. It is built around three Basic Truths every child should embrace according to what Jesus modeled in Luke 2:52.

And as Jesus grew up, he increased in wisdom and in favor with God and people. (Luke 2:52, TNIV)

There are 3 Core Truths.

• I need to make the wise choice.
• I can trust God no matter what.
• I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

How can we show them that?

By showing kids:

• That the bible is the source of wisdom and truth.
• How what they learn applies to their daily lives.
• That relationships with small group leaders and friends matter.
